Personal Statement

I am a caring individual who whole heartedly believes that everone I work with has the capability of improving the quality of their life. I use my 30 years of therapy experience to help people overcome depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and other crises that may feel overwhelming to them.

I start from a basic premise that most of our pain comes not from the behavior and communication of others but from how we interpret them. I work with people to improve their communication (sending and receiving), their self-esteem, their capacity to love and receive love, and to accomplish more of their life's goals.

I understand what a difficult decision it is for most people to come and see a therapist. Many of my clients have attempted a variety of different methods to rectify their problem. From the time you enter my office, I will greet you and always treat you with care and respect. We will work together to reduce your stress and increase the amount of joy, hope and efficacy in your life.
