Personal Statement

I have 30 years of experience in health psychology and mind-body medicine, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of children and adults with attention deficit disorders and learning disabilities. I am one of the pioneers in biofeedback in the state of Illinois, having served as president and board member of the Biofeedback Society of Illinois for many years. My practice is dedicated to helping people find drug-free solutions to anxiety, pain, stress, and attention problems.
