Personal Statement

I believe in individuals, couples and families and have committed my life to helping others. I believe that individuals and families need values, structure and goals that will allow them to grow to full potential. I am passionate about relationships and life and practice what I teach in my personal life and in my relationships.

I have 20 years experience working with individuals, couples and families and do my best to provide an environment where each individual is respected, challenged and guided to reach their full potential. To maximize our ability to work as partners in the therapeutic process, I work to foster a intimate, caring, and open relationship. I am direct in a caring way that will instill the motivation and passion to change.

In my work with couples addressing issues such as intimacy, commitment, conflict resolution and communication, I strongly believe that individuals can and do change no matter what the diagnosis and issues presented.

My belief that I have the skills and ability to help others is what drew me to the mental health field, but my clients' successes are what keep me here. I am very thankful to those individuals I have worked with and treated throughout the past 20 years due to the knowledge and lessons I have learned.
